Krystal believes in meeting each person where they are in their life with warmth and compassion while providing a judgement free therapeutic space. She believes that therapy is a path to self-discovery while supporting growth and well-being. Together, Krystal will help you explore your individual narrative, personal challenges, feelings, behaviours, unique experiences and relationships to unpack issues that cause you difficulty and distress. Whether you’re grappling with the challenge of finding meaning and purpose, stress, anxiety, parenting challenges or relationships, Krystal aims to provide a supportive, authentic environment for you to explore your deeper self and opportunities for growth and healing.
Krystal has over 15 years of supporting children and parents during times great difficulty and stress, with a particular focus on supporting children and families struggling with family breakdown, custody and access related conflict and trauma. Krystal has a Master of Social Work degree from York University and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She is also a member of if the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
Krystal is a cancer survivor and is a dedicated wife and loving mother of two adolescent daughters describing herself as ‘work in progress’. Krystal is personally fulfilled by spending time with horses and her two dogs, Charlie & Andy.
